Shipping policy

In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. 
Most items in our shop are made to order to allow for customization and personalization which has a 7-10 business days (M-F) turn around time for DTF orders, 14-17 Business Days for Embroidery Orders. 

We allow certain orders to be placed even if inventory runs out as some is typically on the way or a quick order can be placed and received in a timely manner to fulfill the order. Communication is provided if this is necessary. 

Expedited Shipping is only provided upon prior authorization to make sure we have the capability to fulfill via expedited. 
Please also make sure you have checked our Facebook group for any important messages regarding potential out of office tenures that may cause a delay in your shipping method or expected turn around time.
